The battle begins February 5, 2011.
Using books from the 2010 Lone Star Reading List (and a few others - see the Book List) as ammunition, teams will go head-to-head with other middle schools from the Region 12 area.This epic battle will test the contestants’ knowledge and comprehension of the selected titles and the winners will host the traveling Battle of the Books trophy until the next battle.
